HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.

 

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a tool that is required for seafood HACCP, and juice HACCP under FDA requirements and USDA/FSIS.

DESIGN A HACCP PLAN/ HAZARD ANALYSIS

Our consultants are subject matter experts in HACCP and certified in HACCP. JAD will work with your team and design all the requirements & programs to include a flow chart of your products and process.

HACCP TRAINING: WHAT IS HACCP?

DESIGN CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS (CCP)

Our consultants will work with your team to identify your critical control points and the critical limits. Also, we will develop monitoring procedures for the CCP’s identified and corrective actions for any deviation documentation. This is part of recording keeping that JAD will develop for your establishment.

AUDIT OF YOUR HACCP SYSTEM

Our consultants can conduct the audit of your system in the same manner as FDA, we are the actual FDA investigators and food safety experts under SQF. We will provide year round monitoring of your system. JAD will provide consulting on your system to make sure you maintain food safety and regulatory requirements.

Liaison with the FDA or USDA on your behalf

Our consultants are former FDA senior investigators, former USDA inspectors and senior food safety subject matter experts that will work as a liaison for your establishment, the FDA and USDA.

FDA or USDA/FSIS inspection at your establishment

JAD consultants as former FDA senior investigators, and one former USDA inspector. We can be a liaison for your establishment with the FDA or USDA/FSIS. We will be at your establishment when the FDA arrives and bridge the gap between your company and the FDA.
